Celebration of Stoke-on-Trent and it’s People is displayed at Waterstones – map number 3
The artwork I am creating for Waterstones Book Shop is a true celebration of Stoke on Trent’s history and heritage past and future. The creation of Parion lighting depicts words, scripts and images from the Potteries and its people. The work also celebrates Stoke’s cultural diversity and religions. I have used shard waste from local industry on the window floor interdispersed with images of famous people from Stoke past and present.
