Then we’d love you to join us as an Appetite Ambassador!
Appetite are looking for people, groups and organisations to support us by spreading the word about events and ways to become involved in what we do.
If you like making connections – either online or in person – and want to help more people in our area to be in the know about what’s on, where, and why it’s good, we’d love for you to join us as an ambassador.
What’s involved?
Becoming an Appetite Ambassador involves sharing our upcoming events and opportunities with your personal or professional networks and encouraging people to come along and get involved.
We will keep you updated by email with what is happening, not only with Appetite, but with other arts and cultural organisations.
How can I spread the word?
- You can share Appetite news via a business, school or community newsletter
- If you work in a company that has an intranet, why not let colleagues know?
- We’d love you to share Appetite posts or content on social media. As an ambassador we would sometimes ask you to share specific posts in particular
- Blogs, whether personal or corporate, are another great way of spreading the word
- Perhaps you have an email distribution list that you think might enjoy our content
- Do you belong to a social group that might enjoy being kept in the loop on local events?
- If you have access to a notice board, we’d be happy to send you print to include
And anything else you can think of. There are so many ways that you can turn your word of mouth into our superpower!
What’s in it for me?
As a show of appreciation, we have thought of a few small ways that we can say thank you to those who join our scheme:
- Once or twice a year, you will be invited along to a special Thank You event – both as a treat and to give you all the latest details of what’s coming up
- You will also be included on the invitation list to come along to special preview or celebration events that are not generally on offer to the public, including exhibitions openings and show previews
- Discounted tickets for Appetite events where charges apply
