From across the country and all over the world, people have made journeys to Stoke-on-Trent and created new lives in the city. Working with local residents and using images from family photo albums, award-winning photographer Sam Ivin presents a brand new exhibition exploring people’s stories – how they arrived here and where their journey started from.
The exhibition will celebrate what we hold in common and the fantastically diverse city we live in today.
Inspired by the story of local resident Val Bansall, Appetite have teamed up with West Midlands photography hub GRAIN Projects to commission this inspiring project.
Check out and download the full programme including all performance details in our Big Feast 17 Big Brochure.
