PLANNING YOUR VISIT
FINDING HELP
Our Appetite Event Stewards will be wearing blue Appetite clothing and will be happy to offer directions and event information.
There will be two Appetite HQs located at the two entrances to Clough Hall Park. Head to the blue gazebos with the Appetite logo to find out more about our access provision or if you need any assistance.
TOILETS
Portacabins will be available at the park, two of which are accessible. There is also an accessible toilet available at the pavilion.
WHEELCHAIR ACCESS
All of the activities are taking place on the main grassed area of Clough Hall Park. There are concreted paths around the area but not through. Some of the grassed area may be uneven.
BLUE BADGE PARKING
There are three Blue Badge Parking spaces found on the Clough Hall Park car park on Grove Avenue (seen above). If you are using the What3Words app, the words are spurted.times.accented. The car park is available to the public throughout the day and we anticipate that it will fill very quickly, therefore you may need to consider dropping members of the group close to the park and parking elsewhere. The park is in a residential area, and we encourage visitors to be respectful of its neighbours when parking.
AUDIO DESCRIBED PERFORMANCES
Audio Description will be available at the event. An Audio Description Kit can be signed out from one of our Appetite HQs. Check next to performance details above for times AD performance times.
ASSISTANCE DOGS
Assistance dogs are welcome in the park.
SEATING
There will be backed seats available for anyone who needs them. If you require a backed seat when watching a performance, please ask a steward who will be happy to help.
NOISE CANCELLING HEADPHONES
Noise cancelling headphones will be available from the Appetite HQ. You can sign these out and return them once you have used them.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING
Please note that we will have photography and filmmaking taking place throughout the event. If you do not wish to be captured on film, please make sure to let one of the Event Stewards know so that we can inform the crew members.
Our events take place in public spaces and are attended by large numbers of the public who will take their own photos. Appetite is not in control of all photographs and videos taken at the event, only the official photographers.
