Visit the City Centre this Saturday 6 December (9am – 3pm) and be serenaded in your shopping with cheery Christmas carols from a crowd of local choirs. Featuring the Keele Bach Choir and The Loudmouth Women, from 11am.
As part of Small Business Saturday, the city centre will also be filled with 20 stalls selling local crafts, food and drink.
Add some homegrown flavour to your Christmas presents this year!
Small Business Saturday is a national, grassroots, non-commercial campaign. It aims to highlight small business success and encourage consumers to `shop local’, supporting small businesses in their communities. The day itself takes place on the first shopping Saturday in December each year, but the campaign aims to have a lasting impact. For 2014 there are a limited number of free stalls available for independent, creative traders and artisan food and drink sellers held in the City Centre winter marquee. Funded by European Regional Development Fund and Stoke-on-Trent City Council.
NB. Please note the changes to this lineup.
