Marking UNESCO’s International Day for the Remembrance of the Slave Trade and its Abolition, V&A Wedgwood, in partnership with Culture&, are hosting Time, Space and Empire – a series of summer events, discussions and installations exploring Staffordshire’s histories of slavery and abolition.
Celebrate Jacqueline Bishop’s tea service The Keeper of All the Secrets at World of Wedgwood with activities as part of the Big Feast at The Potteries Museum & Art Gallery on Saturday 24th.
The Long Table Talk is an opportunity to take a seat at ‘the long table’ – a place to have difficult conversations, ask questions, reflect and share ideas. And throughout the day, World of Wedgwood are offering drop-in craft and clay activities inspired by the new ceramic display.
