Appetite At Home is looking for veterans!

We are looking for veterans to take part in our new project, Appetite at Home. Funded by the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust we have created exciting creative packs that will be delivered straight to homes for you to take part in.

The tasty creative packs are jam-packed with arts activities developed by professional artists and contain all the resources needed to get stuck in and get your creative juices flowing. Some of the packs include online sessions with an artist and other participants so will be a great way to meet other people. Other packs need no access to the internet to enjoy so there is something for everyone.

Appetite at Home is open to veterans of all ages and backgrounds and their families to take part in, is completely FREE and is available to register for now!

We are so lucky to be working with our partners the Tri Services and Veteran Support Centre based in Newcastle-under-Lyme to help make this happen. The centre is run by veterans for veterans and offers a supportive and friendly atmosphere where veterans can meet like minded people, access help and advice. They are always happy to hear from veterans so if you haven’t come across them before why not get in touch now. Learn more about them and get in touch here.

We are also delighted to be working with GRAIN Photography Hub once again, who are lending their expertise to creating the photography elements of this project with us. We can’t wait to see the images that veterans produce.

What activity packs are available?

Our tasty creative packs include:

General Pack

A little taste of a number of ‘art’ activities with no internet access needed.

Family Pack

A family taster pack of ‘art’ activities that can be enjoyed together as a family with no internet access required.

So CALLING ALL VETERANS, why not try something new and sign up to take part today?
