Booking your tickets
Pre-booking your tickets gives you priority access in that time slot. Time slots are every 30 minutes but once inside there is no time limit on your visit*. A certain number of tickets in every slot are reserved for walk-ups.
*the duration of the visit may be limited to 20 minutes in the case of high attendance
Free carer places are available but must be booked.
Quiet Hour
Wednesday & Thursday 1pm and 1.30pm slots will be Quieter sessions where capacity is reduced to offer a calmer, quieter experience for anyone who may benefit.
Friday 11am and 11.30am slots will be Quieter sessions where capacity is reduced to offer a calmer, quieter experience for anyone who may benefit.
Wheelchair access
The Luminarium is accessible for wheelchair users however it will be situated on grass. There will be matting up to the main entrance.
There are a number of entrances to the park with concrete paths.

Assistance Dogs
The luminarium is not intended for animals to enter. Assistance/ Service dogs may enter only if they are wearing dog booties, and they must be on a lead. Alternatively, an assistance dog may wait outside under supervision of the Luminarium’s staff.
