A Time of Gifts by B-Arts
Ahead of the Meir Lights Switch On, wrap up warm and welcome in the festive season to Meir with A Time of Gifts by B-Arts, featuring a stunning lantern procession through the streets ending in fiery finale lighting up the winter sky!
A Time of Gifts will also be followed by a heart warming, spirits raising community meal for all! Plus, a funfair, Christmas Stalls, Santa’s Grotto and more!

The Schedule:
4:30pm: Lantern Procession. Assemble at Sandon Primary School and Holy Trinity Church
5pm: A Time of Gifts finale at Pickford Place
5.30pm: Nativity at Broadway Methodist Church
6.00pm: Performances at Meir Community Education Centre
7.00pm: Lights Switch On
Free Drop-in Lantern Making Workshops!
Come along and make your very own willow lantern to carry in the procession!

The Community Meal
Following the finale B-Arts will be sharing a scrumptious meal made from food that would otherwise be thrown away. To help make this happen, B-Arts are looking for some volunteer cooks! If you’re interested in helping out with this lovely event please contact Rebecca at B-Arts on 01782 848835.
