The museum is in Brampton Park, on the A527 from Newcastle-under-Lyme town centre heading towards Wolstanton and May Bank.
Where can I park for this event?
There is a small car park outside the museum with 2 Blue Badge spaces and 5 other spaces.
This can get busy at times but there is also a car park at the end of the drive to the museum, just off the main road and offers free parking for 4 hours. There will be parking stewards on site on the day.
There are also plenty of other places to park close to the museum, with metered parking on Brampton Road and a pay and display car park at nearby King Street.
Can I get to this event via bus?
Buses 98 and 99, which start and terminate at Newcastle bus station stop at the park.
The museum is a five minute up-hill walk from Newcastle main bus station.
If you need help getting to the museum then Newcastle community transport can offer door to door transport. Please contact the Brampton Museum via 7 days prior to your visit and this can organised for you.

Yes, there are portaloos located outside at this event and inside the Brampton Museum.
Will you have baby changing facilities on site?
There are baby change facilities in the ladies, gents and accessible toilets located inside the museum. The Brampton Museum are a breastfeeding friendly venue.
Is this event accessible for wheelchair users?
There is wheelchair access available to all areas. The museum also has two accessible toilets. A changing places toilet is availble 5 minutes walk away in Newcastle Library.
The Brampton Museum also have a wheelchair available to visitors kindly donated by Castle Comfort Centre, Wolstanton.

There will be a small stall provided by the Little Vintage Tea Room who will be selling pre-made sandwiches. The tea room will also be open inside for drinks, cakes, food and ice cream!
Can I bring my dog to the event?
Dogs are welcome at this event however we ask that you please keep your dog on a lead at all times for their safety and for the safety of others. Dogs excluding assistance dogs are not permitted inside the museum
