We’re looking for:
General Manager
Full time: 40 hours per week
Fixed term contract until October 2023.
Salary £28,506 per annum*
We are looking for someone with experience in a general management or relevant project administration role to ensure the smooth delivery of financial and operational executive functions for the Appetite programme. Using your excellent organisational, communication, line management skills, you will be open and approachable team player who will balance the management of people with the management of milestones and delivery plans.

Community Participation Co-ordinator
Full time: 40 hours per week
Fixed term contract until October 2023.
Salary £21,918 per annum*
We are looking for someone with experience in events, projects or community engagement roles, who is willing to work with a wide range of partners to develop and support relationships with local people and participation in the Appetite programme.
Using your excellent organisation and communication skills as well as your understanding of equal opportunity and diversity, you will be the key person that develops and co-originates our community decision-making groups as well as recruit and support our volunteering programme.

Project & Marketing Assistant
Full time: 40 hours per week.
Fixed term contract until October 2023.
Salary £19, 169 per annum*
We are looking for someone with experience in marketing or administration role to support the Appetite team with programme administration, marking campaigns and be the ‘go-to’ contact for general Appetite enquiries.
You will be a collaborative team-player with excellent communication and organisational skills supporting all areas of the programme both in the office and at Appetite events. This is varied and busy role where no two days are ever the same.

Audience Development Officer
Full time: 40 hours per week.
Fixed term contract until October 2023.
Salary £20,795 per annum*
This role works across both New Vic and Appetite programmes and takes a lead responsibility for developing and implementing our audience development initiatives. We are looking for a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and experience of developing working relationships with a broad range of people. You will use your own initiative excellent organisational and administrative skills to meet deadlines and you interest in theatre and the arts to develop audiences and raise awareness of New Vic and Appetite’s work in the local region.
