Where is the entrance?

The entrance to this event is located at the far end of Newcastle town high street, just outside of Poundland.

Is this event accessible for wheelchair users?

Yes – this event is accessible for wheelchair uses.

Are there toilets at this event?

There are public toilets available at the Guildhall in the centre of town. This is just a minutes walk from our event site. The Guildhall also has public toilets

What time should I arrive?

We advise that audience members arrive 30 minutes before the performance starts. If you have booked to attend the 7pm viewing, please arrive at 6.30pm. If you have booked for 9pm, please arrive for 8.30pm. This will give you time to collect your headphones and purchase any food or drink from our vendors.

Can I bring my dog to this event?

We can only allow assistance dogs into the event space.

Can I smoke?

We asked that you do not smoke in the event area.

Will there be photography and filming at this event?

Photography and filming will be taking place at the event. You are also welcome to take your own photographs. When sharing on social media please tag us @appetite

Can I bring my own food and drink?

Food and drink is not allowed in the event area however we do have Sandos and Castle Town Distillery who will be providing food and drink for the event which you can purchase on arrival.

Are my tickets refundable? 

Tickets for Future Cargo are non-refundable. The performances will be going ahead no matter the weather so please bring a brolly with you and waterproof jacket in the event of rain.
